1. General<\/h5>\n

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms governing the use of the PAUTAC online store (hereinafter the \u201cservice provider\u201d) and the service (hereinafter the \u201cservice\u201d), as well as the terms applicable to ordering and delivering products. By registering for the Service or purchasing products from the Service, the user (“customer”) agrees to the terms and agrees to abide by these terms. 2. Registration<\/h5>\n

The customer registers by placing an order in the PAUTAC online store and entering their personal data in the delivery information fields.<\/p>\n

The customer must be a natural person of full legal age. A legal entity, ie a company, may also be a customer, but in that case the customer does not have rights for consumer customers, such as the right to return the product in accordance with clause 6 of these Terms. The same applies where the product purchased from the service is used in the course of trade. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the service provider.<\/p>\n

The Service Provider has the right to refuse registration and, if necessary, to close the customer’s username.<\/p>\n

3. Personal information and its use<\/h5>\n

The customer\u2019s personal data is collected and stored in the customer register maintained by the service provider (the PAUTAC online store customer register). The use of personal data is described in the register statement<\/a><\/span>, which can be seen on the service provider’s website.
\nThe customer has the right to check or change personal information about himself. The customer has the option to exit this registry. The service contains instructions on information.<\/p>\n

4. Ordering and Delivery of Products<\/h5>\n

Orders are shipped internationally, Free Carrier or Carriage Paid (designated place of delivery) Incoterms 2020. If the delivery area is otherwise delimited, the delimitation is indicated on the service. The starting price for each product is stated on the product page, the prices include the current VAT.<\/p>\n

At the same time, any restrictions on the availability of the product are also indicated.<\/p>\n

When ordering dual-use products, Paukatti Oy has the right to verify the identity of the end user, if necessary.<\/p>\n

You may place an order on the Service without registering. The customer is not immediately bound by the order once the final prices have been confirmed and the invoice has been paid. Products, if in stock, will be delivered within 1-2 days of payment. If there is a delivery problem with the ordered product, the service provider will contact the customer.<\/p>\n

4.1 Delivery and transfer outside the EU<\/h5>\n

Products on sale in the online store may be classified as dual-use products, and products considered as such may require an export permit if they are delivered outside the EU or EU001 countries. All import and customs procedures are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for familiarizing himself with the legislation of his country of residence and must ensure that the import\/ownership of the ordered goods is permitted in the receiving country. EU regulations and restrictions apply when DU products are moved or sent outside the EU.<\/p>\n

6. Order Cancellation and Refund Right<\/h5>\n

You may cancel your order until you have paid the invoice. Cancellation must be notified in writing to info@pautac.fi<\/span>.<\/a> As soon as the invoice is paid, the order will be deemed confirmed and delivery of the products will begin.<\/p>\n

Delivered Products have 14 days return policy from the time of receipt. The product cannot be exchanged for another product upon return. The product will be returned by mail. The customer pays the return shipping cost.<\/p>\n

The consumer must regard the product as essentially unchanged and unabated until he has decided to keep the product. The product must be returned in its original marketable packaging. So keep the order shipping box or pack the product in a separate shipping material upon return. If the returned product has been used contrary to the customer’s due diligence obligations, the customer may be charged a depreciation of the product up to the full price of the product.<\/p>\n

Products made or modified to the customer’s specifications are not subject to replacement or return.<\/p>\n

Paukatti Oy is responsible for the statutory liability for defective products. If you notice an error in the product, please contact info@pautac.fi<\/a><\/span>. as soon as possible. In this case, indicate the name of the subscriber, the order number, the product name \/ number and an explanation of the error.<\/p>\n

Product warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturers. For warranty issues, please contact our customer service directly.<\/p>\n

8. Other terms and conditions<\/h5>\n

The service provider shall not be liable for any delay caused by force majeure.<\/p>\n

Any dispute between the customer and the service provider regarding the contract will be governed by Finnish law.<\/p>\n

The Service Provider is liable under the Consumer Protection Act for the products it sells. In the event of a product defect, the customer must always contact the PAUTAC online store\u2019s customer service first. The consumer customer shall have the option of referring the dispute between the service provider and the customer to the Consumer Disputes Board.<\/p>\n
