The Low Light Innovations MH-1 binocular NVG is made from a mix of aluminum and magnesium yielding one of the strongest, lightest binocular systems on the market today. In its lightest configuration, system weight is only 433g (15.3oz).

Each device is cleaned, assembled, purged, and tested in Finland with precision tools using digital purging system.

The MH-1 has all of the features that users in the modern night vision users demand: manual gain, articulating pods, auto-pod shut-off, external power capable, takes standard PVS-14 milspec optics, and takes both MX-10160 format and MX-11769 format intensifiers.

The MH-1 is not only a binocular NVG but is the start of an entire, modular ecosystem that has monocular pods and even a quad-tube optic pods in the product roadmap. Using a strong foundational bridge and components, users can scale up and down as required as the mission or requirements dictate.

This binocular includes features such as manual gain control, individual pod stow shutoff, IPD stops, user adjustable pod tension. Other notable features are modular pods (ability to split into individual monoculars) and modular mounting (dovetail on launch; ball-detent in the future).

Each unit housing waterproof is tested and unit is collimated before it is delivered to customer.

Device is supplied with Photonis ECHO or 4G+ green and white phosphor image intensifier tube.

The Photonis ECHO technology is the commercial grade image intensififier tube by Photonis, offering two high performance grades to the commercial market for civilian users. ECHO image intensifier tubes serve many night vision applications for users that require good range and details at night and making them perfect for sport shooters, hunters, airsoft practioners and night vision enthusiasts.

The Photonis 4G+ image intensifier tubes meet the stringent requirements of modern warfare at night to deliver end-users a very high performance in all field conditions. The 4G+ technology offers extended bandwidth for high image quality on all theatres of operation, a very fast auto-gating and a small halo providing more details around light sources. Thanks to a very high Figure Of Merit (FOM) and extended sensitivity, operators benefit from the best possible range in all types of environment.

Paukatti Oy’s night vision devices (excluding manufacturer built systems which are subject to their manufacturer warranty) are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in both material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years for night vision device housing and two (2) years for NNVT image intensifier tubes and and one (1) years for Photonis image intensifier tubes from the date of purchase.
