Domestic orders

The easiest way to order products is to add them to your shopping cart and fill in the details on the checkout page. Orders can also be placed by email at info@pautac.fi.

Payment instructions will be sent to your email. Asterisk items are mandatory.

International orders

We ship internationally and we are happy to serve international customer.

Terms and Conditions

The order is paid in advance by bank transfer before delivery or by Klarna invoice or Klarna installment. For some products, the stock situation will vary and they will be sold as delivery, ie the product will not be ordered from the supplier until the customer places an order.

For these products, the customer will receive an estimated delivery time before confirming the order.

The method of delivery of the goods is mail (Posti). By separate agreement it is possible to arrange a pick-up.

PRICES, TAXES AND EXPORT PRICE

All the prices are in EUR and they include local VAT. The VAT rate may vary depending on the destination country for your order and the type of goods purchased.

Final VAT will be calculated in cart after confirming country where goods will be shipped to. VAT is not applied to the orders shipped outside of EU.

These prices are valid to all our Customers with delivery address in European Union VAT zone. No export processing fees apply, only shipping cost.

VAT 0% applicable when exporting address outside Europen VAT zone (e.g. Norway, USA). Export processing fees and shipping costs are added.

Companies with valid EU VAT ID. No export processing fees apply, only shipping cost.
