The PAUTAC modular handguard does not increase the weight of the weapon and allows for better ergonomics as well as the handling of the weapon. The modularity of the hand guard allows the weapon to be equipped with the necessary accessories.
A sling, lamp or other equipment can be attached to the MLOK mounting points on the side. The handguard allows the sling to be attached behind the accessories, allowing the accessories to be attached to the left side of the gun and used ergonomically.
It is possible to attach, for example, a vertical grip or bipod to the accessory rail below. A laser designator or a red dot sight can be attached to the accessory rail on top of the hand guard.
