Description:
The Ultra-Light Articulating Night Vision Binocular – Single Control (U.A.N.V.B.-S.C.), known as the “Raptor,” builds on the lessons of previous Nocturn Industries models and incorporates direct user feedback. Engineered with a cutting-edge carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite, our injection molded material surpasses traditional polymer solutions and rivals 6061-T6 aluminum in tensile strength.
It features an ergonomic single control knob for both power and gain adjustment. Double-tapping the knob activates the IR illuminator, with an integrated indicator showing its status, and the brightness can be adjusted while the illuminator is active. Through the same knob users can disable or enable auto off when stowed. A low battery indicator alerts users when battery replacement is required.
The Raptor is compatible with standard EGAC MX-11769 and 3-pad MX-11769 image intensifier tubes, as well as PVS-14 optics and accessories. It includes an on-board battery compartment and has an external LEMO 2-pin power port. The Raptor’s image tube pod is interchangeable with U.N.V.M. “Talon”. Low-profile interpupillary distance (IPD) knobs allow easy, tool-free adjustment for rapid setup and user comfort.
The Raptor is fully designed and assembled in the United States, combining lightweight design, rugged durability, and operational versatility for professional night vision applications.

Image intensifier tubes:
Device is supplied with Exosens ECHO or 4G green and white phosphor image intensifier tube.
The Exosens ECHO technology is the commercial grade image intensifier tube by Exosens , offering two high performance grades to the commercial market for civilian users. ECHO image intensifier tubes serve many night vision applications for users that require good range and details at night and making them perfect for sport shooters, hunters, airsoft practioners and night vision enthusiasts. The ECHO14’s with UCD 14mm provide an image with a FOV of 36° compared to standard 40°.
The Exosens 4G Image Intensifier Tube (IIT) is a more affordable version than 4G+ while maintaining a high level of performance. 4G IIT provides operators high image quality and long detection ranges in the most challenging light conditions: brightness of equipment, longevity of intensifier tubes, ability to see farther in increasingly low levels of darkness and very fast auto-gating.
